About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist offering individual and relationship therapy across Ontario. My work supports people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief, self-esteem, family dynamics, anger, and stress.
I have extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including South Asian communities and individuals navigating migration, cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and systemic barriers. My approach blends curiosity, compassion, and gentle directness, supporting thoughtful exploration and lasting change.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together, we explore the factors shaping your mental health and relationships, creating space for insight, healing, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.
My Approach
Therapy is tailored to your unique goals, experiences, and challenges. I integrate evidence-based modalities with mindfulness, inner child work, and somatic practices to support thoughtful, embodied healing.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a framework that helps us understand and heal the parts of ourselves carrying pain, trauma, and limiting beliefs. This process fosters greater self-understanding and authenticity, allowing change to unfold with clarity and compassion.
In my work with couples, the focus is on attachment patterns and relational neuroscience, incorporating models such as Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Emphasis is placed on courageous communication, emotional safety, and the development of resilient, connected relationships.
Grounded in empowerment and self-compassion, therapy supports you in meeting life’s challenges with curiosity and courage—deepening self-leadership, strengthening relationships, and gently moving beyond patterns that no longer serve you. The therapeutic process is approached as a meaningful journey toward growth, insight, and connection.
